Shipping Policies

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, delivery times have increased significantly.

Our suppliers are working hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and we ask your patience at this time. Please view the shipping table below for an approximate delivery timeline.

Production Times:

Our fundraising t-shirts are produced on demand and will generally ship within 5 business days, however we recommend you allow up to 7-11 business days as your items are handmade to order.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will vary by location and will be displayed at the checkout at the time of purchase.

Production Locations:

Facilities are located in the US, Europe, Australia and Mexico – and multiple orders may be fulfilled from more than one location.

 

 

Return Policies

If you’re recieved your item and you’ve experienced a problem, please get in touch right away so that we can help.

Return Conditions:

Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.  Reasons for a return include:

Your products are damaged or faulty

If your product is faulty or damaged, contact us at info@llrf.org.au to arrange a replacement asap. Send us a photo along with your order number so we can see what has gone wrong and we’ll work to get your a replacement as quick as we can!

You received the wrong item

Please send a photo to info@llrf.org.au so we can follow up to get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

You received the wrong size 

Email us at info@llrf.org.au to let us know what size you got and what you need, and we’ll exchange your items for the correct size. Unfortunately, we are only able to exchange items if the wrong size was selected and no refunds will be given.
