On Friday the 15th of March the Letitia Linke Research Foundation hosted the Inaugural Teal Ribbon Luncheon at the Marion Hotel, with all profits from the event going to the Letitia Linke Research Foundation to fund research into Ovarian Cancer.

Influenced by International Women’s Day and the Paris 2024 Olympics our guest speaker for the event was Katrina Webb Paralympian. Katrina talked about how when she received her cerebral palsy diagnose she then went on to compete in the Paralympics winning a gold medal, what an inspirational story. She then proceeded to hand around the room her gold medal for all of us to hold. Her warmth charm and message of hope was very uplifting.

Together we can make a difference

The Atrium event space at the Marion Hotel was a beautiful backdrop for the lunch with the charming Jessica Adamson our MC and wine provided by The Lane.

Some 75 people attended the event which we hope will become a yearly event for the Letitia Linke Research Foundation.
